Egg Nog
3/4 pint whiskey
1 qt half & half
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 oz. jamaican rum

seperate eggs, beat yolks slowly
add sugar to yolks
slowly add whisky, half & half and rum
refridgerate for days, store whites.
before serving, beat whites stiff, fold into eggnog, top with nutmeg.
